A cost-effective independent home with two bedrooms, following Vastu sutra. This site is located in Tenkasi, Courtallum.

- The major challenge for this project was to maximize the use of the built and un-built spaces while maintaining a cost effective solution.
- Built-in furniture as well the bay-view windows optimized the usable space.
